I love the showing for Sentry in the CW: The Return against Creed.
It shows that he can amp his strength and durability as needed; sort of like a built-in power gem. Willing himself stronger, he actually becomes stronger.
Which makes me wonder about some of the durability statements in regards to Sentry. He has had some showings where he was damaged (such as against Iron Man) but that may have just been because he didnt' feel the need to amp himself further at the time.
Basically it is similar to the DBZ characters, where in their normal state they aren't that strong / durable, but when they amp themselves up, are real beasts!

it almost seemed like it had something to do with his photonic abilities.....and since everything in the entire universe emits light, he has a limitless supply..Sentry is the ultimate Deus ex Machina charcter
Sentry said to Creed...

I respect Sentry alot more now, but the power of one Million exploding Suns isn't exactly limitless.

Some cosmic- level characters have survived worse.
Examples include Galactus surviving Galaxy destroying attacks (for reference our Milky Way galaxy alone has between 200 billion and 400 billion stars), Odin destroying galaxies in his fight with Infinity, etc..
Generally though any sub-skyfather level being wouldn't survive it 😄

Then if Marvel can "from the past show up" so can Thor!, right in the middle of the battle and Mar-Vell switches sides and....yea yeah i know it never hapn but if the writter loses his mind and a certain post is put on paper>remember who called it.

I like the possibility of him returning, but.....just not sure about this...
I personally disagree with Mar-Vell getting his own Mini.
The main reason is because I think it will take away from not only his legend, but from his overall character in general.
They just need to keep him 'as is', so that people remember his story as one of the greatest epics in comic history. I'm just scared a Mini series will defame that story....
But I pray I'm wrong!
finally read 6 (yes i know i'm a bit late), went from good to bad to better... i was actually psyched when i thought hank had switched sides, as pym is a big favourite of mine, i was disappointed when it wasnt him, but was brought right back up to happy when the anti reg evened the odds...
cant wait for #7...
i just wish reed or pym would switch sides, or that the x-men would get involved... 🙁

Capt. Mar-Vell is getting his own ongoing comic again. This is not a mini. I do think their will be plot device so Mar-Vell can cure his cancer.
