That may be true, however Thor's return was one of Civil Wars biggest draws. Thats why so many fans were disappointed when the hyped Thor's return was in reality a clone.

That maybe so but it didnt impact the story and after the way the handled Captain Marvel's return I think Thor is better off showing up down the road. Now it seems for the next issue of Black Panther is gonna be Storm vs Clor. I hope that idiot Hudlin dont have Stor or the BP beating Clor, that would be ridiculous!

Yes it did. Thor was supposed to return and be the savior for the anti regs, seeing as how they are vastly overpowered and all. You can't even write a believable last battle with these line ups.

I dunno, im always rooting for the underdog and while Thor might even the sides, at the end he is just gonna end up fighting Sentry and IMO everybody would wanna see that more than the CW itself which would take away from the story itself.

I honestly couldn't care less if Thor returns. I think he's a poor concept for a character to begin with, and if you think CW was supposed to have anything to do with Thor than you are sadly mistaken; i for one think Civil War is great both as a fun read and as a provocative political assesment.
Thor isn't even an original character, he's just been borrowed from Norse Mythology for gods' sake. Sorry to sound like I'm blasting you but I can't stand when people try to insert their fanboy favoritism into a decent plot that would do better without the son of Odin.

Of course Thor doesn't have anything to do with Civil War , just you know turning the registrations tide , giving an actual ethical reason for why to hate the Pro's and getting the first (good) kill of the entire series.

I see ur point but that wasnt Thor and I think the Pros are hated because of it is because they made a mistake, miscalculated and it costed someone else his life.

Yeah one small problem with your reasoning... that wasn't Thor, it was a clone of him... hardly a viable substitute... And big whoop, Clor played a big part in furthering the plot; he was basically a plot device, nothing more, and in no way is the story of Civil War built at all around Clor/ no less Thor for that matter, since, well, he's dead and all, and i'm numb to it, and I think the majority of comics readers are as well. I personally get annoyed when they take out characters just to bring them back... Thor and Hawkeye should both stay dead, but they obviously won't have the balls to do that even to one of them.
