so unless the Doc starts jogging and doing some sit ups, (instead of relying on the arms) then he's not gonna be any compatition if Spidey could just KO him with one punch?

Spidey could ALWAYS knock out Doc Ock with one punch. He just always held so he didn't risk killing/severely handicapping Ock.
