Allrighty then......

Time to get this thread back on track.

Here's an easy visual progression, actually just tying up an idea that was introduced in the previous film... but I like that it's Yoda and Obi-Wan who are there for both times:

Irony.

Considering they were the only two that survived...there wasn't much of a choice. And they're main characters. There are 5 named Jedi in the PT. Two are dead, one evil, and 2 reamain.

Its like being shocked that we see Luke in an X-wing multiple times.

But the framing is quite similar.

I disagree, I see more irony in it, they were there when the children were learning to become Jedi's and then there when their bodies lay scattered.

I guess it isn't a repeated "theme" then,..... more of an "echo" as the scene in ROTS takes the AOTC Younglings to their logical conclusion.

I'll work harder on finding some good ones and trying to post then once a week.

I probably have enought to get the thread to around 50 pages, but now I'm gonna check them to make sure that they are all truly repeated themes.

We'll be waiting.

50 pages? Wow, can't wait.

And that's what we do...

Here's one that I forgot to include back when I was doing the Yoda/Sids comparisons.

It's just a quick thing, but they strike the same pose as they attack clonetroopers/Jedi.

It's another part of Lucas showing that they are equals on the opposite sides of the Force.

Or not.

Here you go:

Here's one that I really like, about taking a step away for a personal moment.

I'll call it, "Excuse me, please."

Here you go:

I like that one, never thought of the Sids and Yoda one.

Frustration with Powers....

(or lack therof)

I like how even in little things like this, you can see where Anakin and Luke go through the same path. The circumstances are sometimes different, but you can often find the son sitting and feeling the exact same things that his father did.

That was good.

Okay...

Confused? It is rather straightforward.

It is. That's why.

Huh?

nice thread

It is.
