batgirl, karnak, Taskmaster to name a few. they all have the same ability as Ravanger, except hers is just a bit more precise. Ev never said that there were absolutley no powers to be a street leveler

Taskmaster has no powers, Karnak sort of does ... don't know much about Batgirl.... neither Taskmaster nor Karnak can see the future though.

I disagree he has more in comic feats than many on others lists and per his info http://marvel.com/universe/Sentry_%28Robert_Reynolds%29 MARVEL says he's in SS's class which is why he's perfect for the Herald level. The Galactus thing is at this time is just talk and unproven... But btw so did Dazzler.

taskmaster has that whole predict your opponents moves, and duplicate them, as does Batgirl. Ravangers just happens to be a little bit more precise than theirs. that in no way puts her above Street Level. also, roses's precognative isn't super powerful, she mainly uses it to see her oponnents next move

um...actually your wrong. Dazzler never even fought Galactus, he was just impressed with her powers and powered her up to become a herald, and look for his missing ones.

Cassandra Cain (Batgirl) has been taught from birth to be able to read people's body language and anticipate their movements based on her martial arts training and observations. AGAIN, NOT A SUPER POWER. Rose has a precognitive ability to anticipate attacks not based on any movements but on actual prescience and seeing the future. This is an actual super power. Thus, Ravager must either be nerfed, or kicked. I rest my case.

No, you're missing the point, they don't have super powers, she does = she is not street level

No, you missed the point, and you just shot yourself in the foot. You admitted her powers give her preternatural advantage. Thus a superpower. Street is defined as no or limited super powers.
