Hello Illuminati, I'm sorry to say but unfortunately I won't be able to participate in our mini tourney we had planned because of a bunch of stuff I have going on at home right now. So you guys can go ahead and remove Sage, Carnage, and Jubilee from the list of chosen characters, because they're all my picks. Your all still welcome to use the Arena to host it though, you'll just have to agree on someone else to oversee it and post the initial threads.

Also, I won't be able to participate in the inter team tourney that's being planned because of the same stuff. But don't worry, I'll be checking in as much as possible, so if anyone needs any help with anything(idea's, counters, general plans/strategies) just PM me and I'll try to help out.

Sorry if it seems like I'm bailing, but I just have a lot of stuff to take care of and won't be around enough for everything.

I out of the tourny any ways. I thought we agree to drop the level to spiderman and below

sub zero is a god lol. He became so powerful he transended to god hood and the gods were so pissed he became a god with out there say so that they have sent a being of impossiable power to slay him

human torch couldn't beat a normal venom-level person, and you should stay in the tourney. If we switch it to Spiderman level now, then it'll take forever.

I'm pretty sure they meant classic Sub Zero and not grandmaster Sub Zero.

Torch is worse. Him going Nova would take out practically every character selected so far.

No, it wouldn't. Besides that, in an in-character fight, he would lose to a venom-level character. And, besides that, I don't recall Torch going Nova until he was really used to his powers, and knew how to put all his force into one blast. And, seeing as I don't have Torch for mind, I can't pull that trick very well anyways.

Yes it would. And this wasn't to know down your selection or anything, just saying that he's above the stated level in general. And Torch never went Nova a lot because he really couldn't control it, not cause he couldn't do it (he can now though so doesn't matter).

Yes it would...

The problem with Nova has never been that it wouldn't work. Its just that he couldn't control it, it could get out of hand and hurt someone on the team. Besides, noticed how I used past tense. He doesn't have that problem anymore. Don't mind the general depictions of Johnny. He's not as inexperienced and immature as so many people believe him to be.
