Starting a healthier diet tomorrow n workout at gym next week. Any suggestions about workouts for beginners?
If it matters I'm 26 6'4 210lbs never really exercised much at all other then a season of basketball bout 12 years ago n what I do 10 hours a night unloading n deburding automotive parts from 40ft containers at work. I work 3 - 1:30 am 4 nights a week n plan to go every night after work before I go home.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
