Still reading up on all the comics my mom got me for Christmas.
Its kinda weird that I have been seeing alot of Marvel The End references from guys on here like Galan and it got me very curious about the story. Whats weird is that I had told her to just get me ANYTHING with Civil War on it and she got me a few of those and the entire Marvel The End story. I had never even said anything about me reading about it on here to anyone.
I opened it all and while I was flipping through the Civil War books, there is all 6 The Ends. I was like holy shit, YESSSSSSSS!!!
So what ideas do you have for tonight?

Hmm. I've heard about The End. Whats it about so I can check it out?
Think I'm just gonna join some friends out for dinner and drinks. At least thats what they say. Knowing them we'll probably end up creating a riot of some kind 😂

Thats the gist anyway I haven't read all of it yet. I just got finished with War Crimes, Illuminati, Amazing Spiderman up till the other (I stopped there because I want to be able to read it all together and I only have the amazing ones) and a few of the New Avengers. So I have just started with The End. I should be done in a couple of hours thou.

Yea I normally read them once and seal them away forever. I could probably make quite a buck if I ever sold them but, the only way I would ever do that is if I had to have the money and had absolutely NO OTHER WAY to get it. Also I would sell them if I needed to put my kid through college one day. Other then that thou, I will probably just keep them until I hopefully have a kid that is into them like my mom did with me.
She was never into comics like me but, she had a buttload of Fantastic 4 from like the sixties and seventies. She only kept them because she knew they might be valuable one day. When I got big into comic she gave her entire collection to me. She had allot of Superman's girlfriend Lois Lane too.
So I do have a hell of a start on a full Fantastic 4 and Lois Lane complete collection. Amazing Spiderman too, I can't even tell you how much money I have spent on Amazing.

Its great that your mom got you started in comics. My firs exposure to comics was when one of my moms friends gave me a huge box filled with comics (most of which were Spider-Man) and I've been into them since then. I kinda feel out of step of comics for a while till I met my best friend in 7th grade who was pretty heavy into them. I basically just ran through his collection and read what he had. Even now I only buy a few comics but mostly read the stuff he's got to keep up

She didn't really get me into comics. I was into them own my own because I relized some of the cartoons and movies I loved so much were also comics. Once I started reading them I was almost an instant addict. Then after I really got into them my mom gave me her old comic collection and told me how much her and my uncle were into them.

Don't worry he will always wear long sleaves and full lenght pants but, we also have some sun glasses for MM just incase he forgets the point. 😎
