I believe he had Post-Retcon Beyonders power. If he had Pre-Beyonders power + the IG, it wouldn't take 400+ years to defeat the Celestials.

I'm surprised that Guy didn't remember 😉 Ziran is one of the most used Celestials after Exitar, Tiamut and Arishem, it was him that attacked Thanos along with toaa, he was also shown as the one present at the meeting where Eternity argued that Warlock was to be stripped of his power, it was also him that was killed by Thanos when Thanos had the heart.
