In Earth X,
Franklin is not the same Galactus that balances the Universe.
In fact,
Franklin had nothing to do with Universal balance.
Franklin just took his place (unwittingly but willingly) because Galactus was dead,
and there was no one to oppose the Celestials in this Reality.
Franklin didn't even know he was Franklin, he really thought he was Galactus,
but he wasn't.
Reed can't risk Franklin remembering: (Otherwise the Celestials destroy)

Why did Franklin sub-consciously take Galactus' Name and Look?
To battle the Celestials, which were destroying World after World,
