Sue wins. Her powers work at light speed. Emma Frost experienced how fast it is first hand. She can also force invisible to turn visible. Her shields can block sound and light, it is only invisible because she allows light to pass through. She can also put blockages in the arteries that can cause heart attacks or put shields inside lungs to drown her enemies like shwt she did to Wolverine. Its all in her respect thread.

Also, i've read somwhere here that FF fought Molecule Man and that Sue's power was their only protection because Molecule man can't affect IW's shields because there's no molecules or atoms to manipulate.
