Durabilitywise, Doomsday trumps both Superman and Thanos, and Superman has hurt Doomsday. Thanos will be in for a world of hurt.
Cyborg Supermans body is near invincible when he wants. It's survived black holes, atomizing attacks, faster than light travel through space, took 2 hits of full powered omega effect to bring him down, and parallax even had to put effort into beating him... and Superman has KO'd him.

heres an example of how thanos can take physcial attacks without being too hurt..the links are the battles of thanos fight with Warrior Maddness Thor, keep in mind that WT is 10x stonger than normanl, also thor using using the power gem...a blood lusted superman punches really wouldent hurt him..
