This is classic Puck who was just a dwarf with peak human strength and body. He does really well against the brute. Anyways Alpha Flight did this experiment hoping to find a new body for Walter, but in the end they did but it was the Hulk. So instead of killing Bruce Banner, Walter sacrificed his life so Banner could life. However, Hulk was on a toe-line and Alpha Flight reeled him in thinking it was Walter. So when Hulk attacks an unsuspecting Box, the only one to act is Puck. The rest of the team is preoccuiped with their own things.

Thor can absorb mystical energies from the Juggernaut to beat him. He can also beat the shit out of the Hulk if he uses even SLIGHTLY 'exotic' powers.

And the Juggernaut can't be hurt by physical force, which is all the Hulk can deal out. So he'll never be going down to the Hulk.
