Devilance is shown in his giant form, DS is back to creating Pocket Realities, SOmething he hasn't done since his GDS days. Mr. Miracle opened up a can of whoop ass in 7soldiers. It doesn't have to be stated if it's shown. It did state in WW that her villians were all waaay more powerful than before.

DS has the ALE, so that his creating pocket realities now doesn't mean much. That's not to say that the others you mentioned haven't been upgraded, but there's no evidence that DS has(aside from getting the ALE anyway).

If it's the Ale as intended where he can control every living being ever, then his power hasn't increased any. But if it's some new Ale, then maybe. BUt the panel specically says he uses the Omega. Not the Ale.
