i think there is a difference between 'beams' and 'effect'

is DS more of a universal threat than molecule man?

Also, the OE can't prevent Thanos from ever having existed.

Darkseid(the one that Kirby wrote) pimpslaps Thanos on anyday of the week.Loeb's Darkseid loses.

The Omega beam can erase someone from ever having existed, correct?

THE OMEGA EFFECT Wipes some one out. I don't know if the Omega beams can do that. they can deage someone. Or age someone. Having never existed would take Time manipulation on a grand scale.

DS also has Reality Manipulation powers. Turning Thanos into an immortal Rock will do the job. Reality Manipulation is more powerful than the simple Matter manipulation thanos can resist.

Have you been reading 52? DS has been creating multiple pocket realities. He's definitely about to get a major upgrade. People are prolly gonna hate Him for being so powerful. Hell Devilance was freaking powerful so I know DS is coming up for a major boost.
