The Punisher vs DC earth.

Lobo was trying as hard as he could to take the ring off of a GL's finger, and it wouldn't budge. Only the wearer can take the ring off now, and if you think the Punisher can take the ring off when Lobo can't.... well, I feel sorry for you.

Except I meant DC verse as in the relative to the Marvel verse that Frank took out (ie everyone Earth based that isn't a cosmic entity) which was plainly obvious in the first post when I used the Marvel verse as a basis for argument.
