lets put a little story to spice up the fight
hulks on a rampage
hulk smash this hulk smash that
causing chaos everywhere
the xmen decides to step in
rogue, storm, night crawler, jean grey ( no phoenix) colossus, cyclop, beast , gambit, wolverine, kitty pyrde
gets into the black bird and on the way they have 20 minute to disscuss
their stragedy to stop or destroy the hulk
X-Men wins this easily. First off, Storm's winds can easily move the Hulk's weight. I don't care how strong he is, he has no realistic way of anchoring himself against those winds. His only hope would be to grab ahold of something strong enough to withstand those winds. Not going to happen as Storm can destroy just about anything on the face of the Earth. She can solo him alone.
Then you have Kitty. Here is another problem. Kitty could do something like phase him to the core of the Earth and leave him there.
Jean Grey is really no threat. Well, the only thing I can see her doing is using her TK to close his eyes. lol. She can lift a plane with her TK. Hulk cannot lift planes with his eyelids so he does not have enough strength there to open his eyes against her TK closing them. lol. He's fighting blind!
Come to think of it, Hulk loses this fight miserably.
The only real factors here are Jean Grey, Kitty Pryde, and Rogue.
Jean could try to calm the Hulk while Kitty phases herself and Rogue in order to get Rogue safely close to the Hulk.
Then Rogue can absorb the Hulk's power.
Or kitty could phase something into the Hulk's head.
😬.
Seems to be the best shot, but the very BEST the Hulk could hope for is a stalemate, as punching at the intangible is going to do shit-all.

Whats the X-men gonna do when Hulk seprates Jeans head from her body or throws a improvised missle threw Storm and impales her agianst a wall. On the other hand fighting the intangible is a big question.
Uh, Storm isn't a factor in this fight, and Jean is hardly one.
The only X-men that matter here are Kitty and Rogue.

He couldn't knock out Rogue if Rogue managed to absorb his power first. It's not like the movies, Rogue doesn't take time to absorb the power, it's pretty much one-touch, and she has it. Rogue lays a hand on the Hulk, and she only gets more and more massively powerful as the Hulk only gets weaker.
Also, is this current Rogue, or Ms. Marvel rogue? 😬.
