So yeah...
Pretty hectic day. Volunteered again to help out fire victims and my dumbass friend decided to venture out into the blocked off areas to try to find any people still stranded within the fire's reach. Like he was told, we didn't find anyone since everyone had already been rescued. So he managed to find some cats in a second story house that was sitll slightly on fire. He Broke in, climbed what was left of the stairs, and tried to rescue the three cats, his footing gave out, and he managed to fall straight through the ceiling. When I got to him, he was hardly breathing and I had to administer CPR, called an abumlance and accompanied him to the hospital. He'll be okay, but he's in bad shape, probably spine injuries. That was my day.
