He's already been a famous figure in literature and film for over 100 years. None of the others will be remembered 100 years from now...except, perhaps, as literary/film decendents of Dracula.

Alucard has presented essentailly no weaknesses (he's had large sections body destroyed and come back)

Yeah I shouldve put Alucard on the list.

As far as strength and raw power goes, D and Alucard are the hardest to best.

Pretty much, either could take all the others solo.

Seems like a pretty even match between them though.

technically yes he is Dracula however he's been super upgraded or something

Either D the dhampir from Vampire Hunter D or Alucard from Hellsing Ultimate OVA.
I'd say Alucard when hes using Level 0 restrictions. Nothing can actually kill him - stake through heart, decapitation - he can turn into paste and regenerate instantly and summon hellhounds and demons to crush opponent. I've never seen D show power as impressive as him - in armed combat he'd wipe the floor with any vampire but he is a half-breed so his vampiric powers are limited compared to his father Dracula
