thats what i was thinking so Teaugue is a pirate right? and does he have a piece of eight? but yeah he'll prolly be shocked/confused I want to know when he'll come in and why?

Ya good question....If Jack's Daddy still has his PIECE OF EIGHT....how did Jack get his? wouldnt Teague have had to pass it on to Jack? his successor! so who did Jack get it from?

From what I read, yes. He has one of the 8 peices. And from what he heard, he is a Lord--Lord of the pirates, if I'm not mistaken. And also he was involved in protecting Calypso's identity.

Isn't Teague the Lord of Madagascar or something?

Calypso gave Jack the piece of eight that originally belonged to DJ. She gave it to Jack because she always liked him and she was his sea siren protector during his early years of sailing, before DJ did his stupid stunt and she was banished.

I don't know if this is true, but hey it sounded good to me...hahaha

She was in dangered...I won't go all the way with details those of you who don't want spoilers. But she had to turn human form in order to protect her identity.

I believe she also has one of the 8 peices, Teague, and Jack. Among with other pirates who served under Teague's command.

I heard she was banished by the Brethren to human form to always be above water for creating such havoc with the seas after she booted DJ and he cut out "hem heart". I think that is one reason she collected Barbossa from the cave at Isle deMuerta and the reason she is trying to talk everyone into going after Jack. She feels if she can get enough of the pieces of eight pirates, the Brethren, to side with her because she was generous with them and looked out for their welfare then the banishment will be set aside and she can return to the sea as Calypso.

She has Barbossa's vote, Jack's vote, and if the leaks are true Lizzy will have Seo Yen-Fat's piece of eight and she will align herself with Calypso.

The coin is a 'piece of eight'. But how many of these coins are in the Brethren for voting?
