Solar winds will have all of the radiations in the EM spectrum as it is composed of the substance of stars and Ororo can manipulate that. What 2damnloud proposes is well within Ororo's abilities.

I remember there was a discussion in the other thread. It was said, once Hulk's synapsis is fried(psychi), his healing factor is inconsequential.
Syanpsis is electrical energy, so it is possible for her to do it without Cable.--just overload his electrical brain or cardiac activity.
Think of is as like a pressure point(s) on Hulk.
Strength is not everything in a fight. Finnesse, strategy and intellect can go far as well.
Cuncussive force probably wouldn't work, so that scratches out winds. They can only be used as diversionary or weakening tactic.
Temperature may work as well haven't figured out how yet though.
Her electrical powers concentrated on a vital point is her best bet. His brain has been shown to be vulnerable to her bio-electric bolts, in conjucntion with cable's psi bolt. So, a fully charged one from the sky, psionically concentrated on his Brain may work just brilliantly.

True, but the storm will continue to generate electricity at such massive quantities, or if this takes out the storm, Ororo can summon another storm in the literal blink of an eye and repeat!
I think 2damnloud has the right idea. One good bolt to the brain could overload his nervous system and knock him out.
Basically, Storm has a definate advantage in this fight. All Hulk can really do is jump and punch. Her powers outdoes his in many different ways.

Storm should have got her a$$ handed to her when she fought Wonder Woman.
The Hulk bats an eyelash and beats down Storm. None of her elemental powers would even effect the Hulk an inch.
Thunder and lightning??? No.
Fog??? No.
Ice and snow??? No.
Hurricane winds??? No.
