The ONLY way that Strom can defeat Hulk, is they way I described previously.
Please, DO NOT think that I am a fan of Storm. And, no, she is NOT more powerful than Mags, or a huge bunch of other characters. She is just, Storm.

But, she also happens to have the powers to do what I said she could do. And, her powers just happen to be the kind of powers that would negate the Hulk.

Another character that could easily beat Hulk, is Graviton. And, then you have Vance Astro, Sandman, etc.

hulk wins this hands down there is nothing storm can do to put him down

Storm can win some. She has been able to hurt surfer with her lightning. And she is far more mobile than he. She would have to be on her best tho. Cuz one glancing brick to the dome and she's pretty much dead. Hulk7/10.
