Correct. I did the same but divided by 3 earlier. Was my 1st step.

I use fractions. srug I think the rule of thumb is if the question uses fractions, the answer is written as a fraction, and the smae with decimals.

But the point it neither 1/10 or 0.1 are hard to understand. So to actually think about which one is easier to understand takes more effort than just simply understanding both of them.
