well I wasn't thinking about just 1/10 and .1 i was thinking of 1/1000 besides .0001 but know i see what u mean so it doesn't really matter any more ill still be horrible at math.

But the point it neither 1/10 or 0.1 are hard to understand. So to actually think about which one is easier to understand takes more effort than just simply understanding both of them.
