RIght, but outside a Universe does not necessarily equate to "no reality."
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Jaspers wins or loses,
simply stating that Jaspers only weakness is Un-Space,
and Un-Space is a specific locale,
not just a place that's reached by stepping out of a Universe.
I didn't say outside a universe but outside of creation a feat which Lucifer has managed to pull numerous times, its without a doubt he would be powerless once taken to such a location.

Is that a common maneuver for Lucifer during battle,
to teleport his opponents to UN-Space?
Or are you using that as his method because You (the reader)
know about Jaspers' weakness?
If Lucifer is ignorant about Jaspers' kryptonite (Un-Space), which he should be,
how would he know?
It took the Fury a lengthy battle to figure that out,
and the Fury is Marvel's most adaptive capable character.
In fact, that Fury's ultimate power is, to adapt, learn and exploit.
And again, I'm not saying who wins,
I just don't see Luc winning with the Un-Space routine.

He is also more powerful, durible, etc, than Jaspers.

And yet, I don't think Jaspers can dish out enough damage to hurt a being who can stand at ground zero of a big bing and not even be fazed.
Jaspers can withstand Nullification, the stuff that erases Universes from existence.
So I guess they can't hurt each other.
Jaspers' power, even while still confined to one Universe,
is FAR more than one Universe.
This is why Merlin, who could have crushed the Multiverse with a whim,
was un-able to stop Jaspers.

Intelligence does not = I know everything.
Merlin, the Omniversal Guardian,
the power of the Multiverse and beyond in his fingertips didn't know.
Merlin only knew that Fury would find a way.

If Merlin who has the power to,
reversed a Multiversal collapse,
rebuild a Multiverse,
create a Multiverse,
create a Citidel that can destroy Universes,
create a weapon that can erase any Universe in the Omniverse,
manipulate MultiverseS,
CAN'T stop Jaspers, why would Lucifer who's done nothing greater?
