I think it could be Silver Samurai because it says Ronin is fighting elektra for control of the Japanese underworld and both of them are big names down there, also in the cover and such it shows Ronin fighting Ares- i know it's just a cover- but DD wouldn't last a second, and Silver Samurai would be able to fight him because he is much stronger than ppl believe, and he can make metal unbreakable, hence his sword and armor could stand up against Ares.

The thought came to me, especially considering he sympathetic he came across in the Ronin arc, but like how he's missing an arm right now I don't though (though I'll admit missing limbs really that big an obstacle in the comic book universe).

I think it either silver sam. , shange-chi or some forgotten character.

It could be Domino, who is in a love/hate thing with Cable right now... and she's used alot of blades in the past... ermm

Shang is a member of the Heroes for Hire already. Meaning he's allied himself with the pro-reg folk and probably won't be switching sides. Plus he's in future solicitations of HFH and not to mention that he doesn't fit any of the clues for who Ronin is. Ronin would have been affected by Civil War and would be someone already predisposed to changing their costumes to reflect their mood. That narrows the list down considerably.

I know the line-up. I am not saying yet.

Could be Winter Solidier...maybe.With his new outlook it would make sense for hin to want to be able to manipulate the underground.

It's Domino (I hope) or Baron Zemo (I suspect)...

What about Daredevil as Ronin?

I know he's usually a loner, but so are half the people on that team... and he's had three different costumes which, when he had a psychological breakdown, came to be focuses for seperate personalities.

I never said they tracked down heroes. I said they were pro-reg. In their series they say they refuse to track down fellow heroes but that they agree 100% with the registration act. What does he have to feel bad for? Its not like Hank who's having nervous breakdowns or Reed who's lost his family. He hasn't really lost anything so he doesn't feel about anything. To him its a shame Luke and the past heroes for hire are fugitives but he's expressed why he feels the act is necessary and why he'll uphold it. Also remember in the interview Bendis said the character would be influenced by Civil War. Shang wasn't even in the main mini and for the most part I've seen nothing seriously affect him.

Same goes for Domino. Not a real player in CW so I don't see the effect it could have on her plus I don't remember her ever switching costumes to suit her mood.

Winter Soldier, cause of his Cap affiliation, I could see under the mask. Nick Fury is more of stretch cause he's been lying low throughout this whole thing but he's more likely than some of the others I've heard. Baron Zemo is another that I think is possible, though a bit unlikely imo. Daredevil seems to be a good bet though

My top three pics are in this order:

1) Silver Samurai
2) Daredevil
3) Winter Soldier

It would be interesting to have Silver Samurai and Wolverine on the same team, since they have a lot of history together... and Wolverine may have sliced his hand off recently...

Dude, it's Cap. I've been burned before by Bendis when it comes to way-too-simple plot lines. He never pulls through to make it outstanding.

Sure, Ronin could be anyone, but he'll be Cap. Why? Because it's as easy as no more mutants.

It can't be Elektra because Ronin fights her in the first issue. I said it won't be Cap cuz wouldn't he be with Omega Flight?
