Ayane has her powerful spell and considering the speed at which Hayate and Ryu fight, more than likely Ayane would execute the attack, since she'd have ample time to prepare it. From that point on, I don't see the MK team winning.
As for the battle, I give the slight edge to team MK(6/10). This is mostly due to Hayate. Switch him out for Kasumi and I give this to Team Ninja.

ALPHA-152 is the most powerful creation of DOATEC and has not been beaten nor has shown any sign of weakness.
Omega is a superhuman created by DOATEC and has several abilities, such as being able to shoot flames out from it's mouth, as well as blasts of energy. He can make shockwaves, and has a double-ended energy sword.
Ryu Hayabusa is...Ryu Hayabusa.
Ayane is a beast when in comes to fighting.
Armies are easily handled by Hayate who is also a master of the Torn Sky Blast.
Raidou can mimic any technique he sees instantly.
There's a Spartan II in DOA hello.
Tengu can bring about ultimate disaster and calamity and cover the world in chaos. He can also create illusions and make things appear distorted which actually serves as an advantage.
Any one of those can take S. Zero 1 on 1

It depends if Scorpion gets access to his realm. Nonetheless, Ryu teleported to the Fiend Realm and kicked the Lord of the Fiends ass and with ease.I admit Liu Kang is a badass motherf*cker, as well as S. Zero, and they could fight toe to toe against the ninjas. Keep in mind that although Liu Kang has his firepower and S. Zero has his ice moves(lol), Ayane and Hayate have techniques of their own that are pretty devastating. Hayate has the Torn Sky Blast and Ayane has that spell she uses in DOA4.
What if Ryu uses his Inferno against S. Zero? How much damage do you think it would do?
I remember in some MK movie Raiden shot back S. Zero and Scorpion with electric bolts from his arms, so I'm wondering Ryu would do the same thing to both of them.

I'm going to make a scenario of what might happen.
Ryu charges S. Zero and attacks him. S. Zero gets damaged and continues to fight Ryu.
Scorpion shoots a breath of flame in Ryu's direction. Ryu teleports out of the way and the attack hits S. Zero!
S. Zero: "What the hell!?"
Scorpion: "...."
Ayane fights Liu Kang and Hayate assists Ayane. Lui Kang is outnumbered.
S. Zero shoots a ball of ice at Ryu, who dodges it. Ryu jumps and executes a Flying Swallow on S. Zero.
Scorpion shoots his bloody spear at Hayate, who blocks it with his sword, but Hayate suddenly realizes that the thing moves on in all sorts of directions! Hayate continues to dodge the kunai and charges Scorpion and attacks him.

Hayate slashes Scorpion several times; Scorpion takes it without too much trouble. Hayate then charges a Torn Sky Blast and blasts it out at Scorpion, shooting him back against the wall.
S. Zero is beheaded, but is running in circles for god knows why.
Ayane fights Lui Kang, who constantly screams like a queer everytime he sees her boobs bounce, and is defeated easily as a result.
