What are you DRINKING right now?

That's pretty sad, really. You'd be the first to perish in any form of survival situation.

I don't see why you'd conclude that given I said I'd drink water if I had nothing else. I've played sports, I've had to drink it. I'm just not one of those people that can sit down and enjoy a meal or something with a bottle of water.

It's not like if I got caught out in the wilderness I'd refuse to touch the stuff. I dislike the taste, but I wouldn't be suicidal about it.

Still, it's sad that you can't appreciate water. It's a pretty clear sign of a severely undeveloped palette. I'm not trying to be insulting or anything, but it's true.

Try to calm down. He was just saying you were a ninny

Edit: I was saying it

Still icehouse

If a person isn't fond of the taste of water it means they have an undeveloped palette? But the tastes of what people like vary. What is there to even appreciate? To me it doesn't even have much of a taste.

Yeah, but they can be developed. There are loads of foods and drinks I've hated in the past, but learnt to like through exposure to it.

Edit: that's my point, undeveloped palette. I can taste lots from water, I don't need carbonated syrup drinks to hold my hand all the way. I like most other drinks, but water is great stuff.

But why would you continue to drink something you hate? I prefer gatorade to water.

Because "disliking" something is usually a matter of perspective. Alcohol tastes like shit to most people when they first try it. Sure did to me. Now I can differentiate between different types of booze, and perceive it differently. **** being a slave to your basic perception, adapt and learn. Why close off an experience because "oooh I don't like it"?
