She's managed to reach the Speed Force. In order to reach the Speed Force or go anywhere remotely near it is to go at or close to lightspeed.Which Quicksilver can't do. Diana has also traveled lightyears under her own power by flying through space.
For example to reach the Qwardian threat at the end of the Milky Way Galaxy, Diana and Superman flew there. That's several thousand lightyears. And they got there in under an hour. They must have been going at speeds great than light....much less sound.
Quicksilver at his very best was 700 mph without the Isotope E. With it, even then it was barely breaking the sound barrier.

Um. It states it up there in black and white. Jesse Quick and Savitar II were trying to the reach the Speedforce. The ONLY way to reach or get close to the Speed Force barrier is to reach lightspeed. Which is why the Flashes can operate at lightspeed and beyond.

Oh no. Flash going at even 50% of his speed would knock the winds out of her sails. However matching a Flash (even one not going at full speed) is feat enough to show that the likes of Superman and WW can match him....kinda anyway.
