Hipployta can't take the Hulk. Neither can E2 WW. However E1 WW is a completely different animal.

She already has. Numerous times. Not an ALL-OUT Flash (no one in comicdom can match the speed of an all-out Flash IMO) but she's certainly faster than Quicksilver.
