Democratic Nomination?

Well if we cut taxes on gas (which is an essential in the present time, people will always buy gas) now, we will have to pay for it somewhere which makes it a stupid move because that's one of those things you always know will be there.

I'm just not sure where the money will be made back up because they also have the "economy stimulus plan."

Agree with that. Part of the taxes on gas pay for road and bridge repair, it's not like the roads and bridges are going to suddenly stop decaying during the summer.

Also, it is unlikely, but seeing the price of gallon drop several cents could prompt more sales and therefore increase demand, which in turn would raise the price.

Heh, it's a weird situation but someone should really address how gas prices got so high in the first place

Speaking of which, oh ****...

We can just cut government spending else ware to make up for it.

Such as the 30 billion dollars we are giving Israel for its military..

I was told we should legalize drugs. It cuts down on prisons..but......it would take many law enforcement jobs away....Ohh pity.

I'm almost tempted to request this thread closed too.

For what? This is relevant.

Just because it is not exactly what you want does not make it irrelevant.

Nah.

You can suggest to have it closed, but you don't have any real say in it. If you feel the thread has gone off course so much you can ask for it to be closed, but it's ultimately up to the mods, and I don't really see anything wrong with this thread at this current time.

Well seeing as is... I like Obama as the democratic nominee. The Clintons seem a lil to violent and angry. I'm tired of Bush, Clinton,Bush,.....I wouldn't mind seeing someone else into office for a change. Although I like Clinton, I like Obama better. McCain ain't to bad either...For a republican.

Very, very good listen

McCain hates Koreans and is racist towards them. Hillary hates video games and thinks they are a threat to society.

Obama is the only choice that isn't very bad.

Those were good points...but far from the only major points. Obama has plenty of poor points as well.

I think, right now, that Obama is still the lesser of 3 evils.

hmm

I am a victim of not knowing much about Nadar other than his enviro friendly points. I will have to research him more.

Well, he is certainly less corporate than the other 3 candidates and he knows what he's talking about.
