See, I've been paying enough attention that I don't need to see her ass over internet media. I know it's huge.

Thanks though.

Yes, Mama Cass is dead. Tina Turner is a Buddhist, which implies she is a hairs breadth wawy from terroism. Cher has gotten plastic surgury, and we all know plastic is a product of the oil industry. And Brittany doesn't love her children. How much more terrorist can you get than not loving your chidren? But Mama Cass "chocked" on a ham sandwich, which implies a desire for "meat", which implies penis, which implies chauvinism.

See, how silly it is?

Appeasment.

....oh

Mama Cass died of a heart attack, the ham sandwich thing is a myth.

Yes, I'm aware.

Wasn't sure. I'm glad you did know though.

Reports have come out that Obama formed a "top secret" vice presidential search committee.

Bill Clinton has reportedly said that Hillary should at least be offered the number 2 spot.

Clinton's ego will not allow her to be Vice President. Maybe she'll take Secretary of State., if it's played out that Obama begged her to take it, for the betterment of all mankind.

I heard the report of Bill's statement. What do you think that implies?

And Obama forming a VP comitee is a response to McCain officially announcing he has done the same.

I disagree. Vice President is better than her Senate seat that she'd go back to.

Plus you'd want someone with extensive foreign policy experience to be Sec. of State. It's been speculated that Obama might pick Sen. Dick Lugar (R-IN) as SoS

It's not uncommon for the nominee to pick the second-placer for the VP (Reagan in 1980, Kerry in 2004)

Or the , Adams-Jefferson, Kennedy-Johnson situation. But that was not my question.

What do you think, as a Clinton supporter, about the specific statement made by Mr. Clinton? "Deserved" or otherwise?

Well, as a Clinton supporter, I'd rather have her as #2 on the ticket than not at all. What she has to offer this country in these times is invaluable.

To specifically address your question, do I think Clinton "deserves", or "should" get the Vice Presidency? Well, it's really not my place to say.

It is totally your place to say. Clearly your opinion is that it should be a Clintn-? ticket. How would you respond to an Obama-Clinton ticket? And, more over, do you think it will happen? She certainly "deserves" the VP spot, given the original guidelines of this country, "should" is another matter when considering the current rules. As well as what invaluable means that you do not think you're getting from Obama+?, alone.

I'm honestly not patronizing you, by the way. I am actually interested in your opinion. Maybe becayse you're gay, maybe not.

Okay, because you're also gay, one who is a democrat and actually studying the political process of this country.

What exactly does Clinton bring this country that is invaluable?

I like Obama, I really do. Almost since the beginning of this campaign, I dreamed of a Clinton-Obama ticket. She's smart, driven, and a workhorse, and I admit that Obama is an inspiring figure. She would get 4 or 8 years as President and Obama would gain the necessary experience to run in 2016. That's what I wanted.

With an Obama-Clinton ticket, you get the same thing, only reversed. I can deal with that. And the Vice Presidency is no longer a sinecure. Dick Cheney is the most powerful Vice President ever. Clinton could do real good as VP.

As to why I think an Obama-Clinton ticket trumps an Obama-? ticket is because Clinton has real electoral strengths that Obama will need come November. Plus Hillary is already a national figure. You wouldn't need to spend time "introducing" the ticket to the country, as you would with figures like Kansas Gov. Sebelius or Former Congressman Tim Roemer (D-IN) (two people which are speculated to be frontrunners for an Obama VP).

See above.

Wow, Clinton really stuck her foot way in her mouth today.

She referenced Robert Kennedy's assassination as a reason why she's staying in the race.
