IRRC It's marvel delaying the whole project on purpose...not sure why yet. Joss has all the scripts done, and Cassady was busy...but I don't think he is anymore.
Ultimate Wolverine vs the Hulk is another one.(Unless the last two issues came out without me noticing them.)

Seriously though, there are only what? 22 issues out? The first issue was three years ago.
Emma Frost interrogates Jeffery Garret
The little teleporter is a suspect of a murder and, in reality, mindcontlolled by Elais Bogan. Emma goes into his memories to investigate what has happened, and he teleorts her under the icy surface of the lake. Emma says she's freezing, so either she lies to the boy or wasn't diamond when he dragged her out of water. Though the writer of the ark seems to know little about Emma's diamond form (that's the same ark where Storm's intimidation happens). Immediately after that she makes boy sleep via giving him a psychic sedative.
Mental projection
Emma's mental projection created to collect Jeffry Garret's memories while Jeffry sleeps appears quasi-material, it can be visible like a ghost or a hologram made of psionic energy. Non-telepathic Bishop mistakes it for a real person spying on them.
*Most probably Emma's mind got "infected" with Bogan when he was teleported underwater and lost concentration for a while...that seems the most plausible explanation of how a world-class telepath got infected without even noticing it. That's also most probably why she felt like she was "freezing".
Training session of Hellions
The underground complex under Massachussets academy has a replica of old-fashoned (without Shi'ar tech) Danger Room. Still it's pretty high-tech and large part of that tech is developed by Emma herself (i.e a hallucinator she uses on Firestar).
In old days, when Miss Frost was dissapointed with her students, she used mind blasts as a punishment.
Destiny Diary Decoy
Emma Frost who is currently entombed in a basement and recovering from a Biotoxin telepathically contacts Kitty Pryde all the way at the insitute revealing Emma, Scott and Kitty's plan. They replaced the Diaries with decoys, and everybody at the Institute(Including Mystique who defected to the Maruaders and Emma herself) was psychically conditioned to view them as the real diaries. They each had a post-hypnotic key that when mentioned would trigger the erased memories. Kitty's word unlocked her memories of the event, Emma's word unlocked the location of the Diaries.
Emma then telepathically relays the Diaries Coordinates to Iceman and Bobby who are all the way in Flint Michigan.
Two more things these scans tell us:
That Emma is able to pin point the psi-shielded marauders position by trying scanning the area for "psionic dead spots".
And that telepathy occurs and telepaths work and thought process at incredible speeds. Emma and Kitty's little conversation occurs in less then a second objective time.

Second Last Paragraph says that Bogan was controlling Jeffreys:
Elias Bogan secretly took possession of the child and when Emma dug deep into his mind he used Jeffrey's powers to teleport her into ice cold water. Thus managing catch Emma off guard while she was drowning and secretly possess her.

Emma and Kitty
Emma Frost kidnapped Kitty in UXM #180. Kitty is unable to phase.(Illyana alludes that the Chair may be inhibiting her powers but we actually learn that it's Emma's doing in the following issue...see scans below).
Emma is slowly messing with Katherines mind...and eventually succeeds in making her, her mind slave. She's also continously altering the perceptions of Doug Ramsey to make him think that Kitty's by his side.
We also learn more about her coma induced by Masterminds and how she fought her way out of it.
Anyway back to the story. Illyana worried that Kitty hasn't contacted her after leaving to see her friend Doug Ramsey, Astral Projects to Kitty's side. Illyana's Astral Form is invisible to human eyes, but Kitty manages to sense her and so does Emma Frost Psi Powers. Emma mind blasts Illyana(Who has some sort of resistance/immunity to telepathy). Emma's attack causes Ilyana's powers to go hay wire.

Even back then Emma was regarded as being a psi-talent who was possibly on par with Charles Xavier himself.
The New Mutants break into the Hellfire Club and are ambushed by Emma who placed a Kitty decoy in the room tricking the young X-Men.(She expected their arrival.) Rhane was having trouble with all the scents.(This may or may not be down to Emma.)

I agree on that version, that's the most plausible one. I've explained that stuff in a post after that with astral projection in basically the same words.
Emma and Kitty
Emma has ambushed the New Mutants...Amara triggers an Earthquake in the Hellfire Clubs secret base located under the Academy. The School above is uneffected....presumably because of the way it's built.
Anyway...turns out Emma is inhibiting and paralyzing Kitty with her powers.
Illyana is immune to telepaths reading her mind.(Telepaths are unable to read her subconscious and conscious thoughts) But as shown above a Mind Blast can effect her. Which is an interesting development to those who think the shielding of thoughts can make you immune to all forms of telepathy. As shown in the scans telepathy isn't one-dimensional.
