Emma's torture of one of Fitzroy's agents causes some indirect psionic backlash which causes deep pain to Jean Grey.
Emma Frost finds her herself under attack by a mutant from the future Trevor Fitzroy. Emma places herself into a psychic coma in order to survive the ordeal with a Sentinel...everyone believes her dead. Jean then displaces her psyche into Emma's body and generates a telekinetic forcefield...which is another obscure feat highlighting Emma's latent telekinesis.

Emma is still comatose, Xavier describes Emma as a powerful telepath...he and Jean together try and scan her morbund mind to sort out all the dwindling nuances of it mind but are unable to get anything.

Diamond Form Mutation

Emma Frost was one of the few survivors(Thanks to her Diamond Form) of the Genocide that occured in Genosha at the hands of Cassandra Nova and her Sentinels.

It looks as though Cassandra Nova made her Diamond Form for her.

Emma's Diamond Form

Emma manages to survive Genocide. She emerges from the wreckage with a new power...Emma has become a living Diamond.

Cassandra Nova trashes the X-Men team leaving Scott in his Blackbug Room, Jean Drooling etc...Lucky for them Emma forgot her bag.
Emma's diamond form makes her immune to telepathy and undetectable by Cassandra Nova on Cerebra. She manages to sneak up on Nova and snap her neck.(There's a further twist in this tale but I'd rather not spoil the story so you should read the Series to find out what happens to Xavier.)

Kid Omega has led a riot at the School...the mansion is in Chaos. This is note so much a feat...more an observation which was present in many of the scans before I just never addressed it. Emma's a very calm person when facing peril.

The Riot results in the Death of one of Emma's Cuckoos..causing the Cuckoos to turn on her. They Inform Jean Grey of the Emma/Scott mind affair.

Scandal

Again not so much a feat...more a defining moment in X-history.

Which arc does the the "Diamond Form Mutation" and everything after it come from?

Emma remotely operates Cerebra via her telepathy

She subconsciously starts the environment-manipulation program to regain the cosciouisness after being psionically attacked by Golgotha.

Emma & Rogue

Emma's interference saves Rogue from being sucked into damaged psyche of a mutant zombified by Golgotha.

Psychic rescue operation

After Xavier's psyche gets trapped into Cassandra Nova's body, Emma and Jean enter his mind to investigate what went wrong. The Xavier's psyche apparently seems to have many traps.
Pros- psionic emulation of diamond form to avoid some traps
Cons- some "dumb blondie" stuff to make Emma seem less...appealing than Jean
