Emma's marveldatabase bio states that she uses a portable version of Cerebra as a part of her equipment (taking into account the Institite redesign lately and Emma's skills in making devises which work with psionic energy, it's safe to assume that she designed it herself) . Here's the scan where she actually does that- to put the shields against godlike Cable TP. Notice that Rachel doesn't participate much...Emma is the only one who does the monitoring (and probably the whole shielding thing).

That proves the fact that the density of diamond form allows Emma to hit with 50-60 tons force. Also she is cunning enough to perform high kick on Hulk right when he can't block it properly (high kicks look cool, but normally they are easy to block)...But she's only the next one to do the stupid thing of trying to fight Hulk hand to hand...pretty much the only thing she can do after Hulk proved to be rather immune to TP and writer doesn't want to use sophisticated stuff like paralysing blasts of pure mental energy.

Well, her ability to fire raw psionic energy is well-documented and that's another example. Apparently it's the same stuff as Psylocke's psionic knife, only used from distance and not in close compat.
The result is basically the same- people get stunned\shocked (look what it did to M), knocked back (that and more recent feat with Kitty in Phoenix:Endsong), and inanimated objects get damaged (at full power that stuff destroyed the building in Emma's fight with Phoenix).
Stun or knocking back ability depends on power of the bolt and its focus, I think.

Emma Frost enters Rogues head, and manages to locate and isolate her mind from 8 billion screaming war victims minds.
This is how Emma Frost can know when a person who is out of visual sight is Psi-Shielded. Psi-Shields also block all enviromental mental emissions eg A Frogs thoughts. Stay tuned for Exodus, who will be making his appearance shortly.

Eh..Lets not get a head of ourselves, Emma Frost is powerful but I wouldn't go as far to say she's more powerful then Xavier well IMO she shouldn't be, she'd be very, very close but not more powerful...the point I'm trying to make with those scans is that she's no slouch...and if the two did fight she wouldn't get curbstomped.(I mean she did Kidnap him off panel and IRRC was the only psychic to allude Onslaught when she sensed his psychic backwash)
Not that, that I'm complaining about her recent feats or anything... either way she is one HELL of a telepath 😖hifty:

wow that shows how good of an actor Bruce is if he can trick Emma like that.
The thing is, Xavier was repowered but he still didn't get used to it...he lost most of his skills regarding sophisticated use of TP...
While Emma, who already was one of the best "mental surgeons" ever, has all her skills avaliable to her. So for the present moment (when Charles still gets used to his returned powers) Emma is better skillwise.
Xavier isn't weakened in terms of power, he's a little "weakened" in terms of skills...
