Thing was upgraded from how he was back then. Since, his natural form has improved so that, power wise, Pineapple Thing = Current Thing

First off, I'd like to see the scans of Ben Grimm beating Grey Hulk by himself, because it didn't happen.
Second of all, I'm not downplaying Colossus at all. I'm not gonna make him out to be more than he is.

I would also like to see proof that Pineapple Thing and Current Ben Grimm are the same strength level, because that hasn't been shown either.

But Colossus as a teenager was already at Thing levels. So that means that Colossus is atleast= or > than Pineapple Thing which would lead to a loss for Grey Hulk.
Colossus has already shown to be Thing levels. Twice actually once during the armwrestling match and the othe time when they teamed up to stop the press. Thing and Colossus looked dead even there.

Ben can hold his breath for over 8 minutes, the entire fact that he nearly drowned is ridiculous
Not to mention that Ben is far more skilled and smarter than Grey Hulk.

He even states there that he's already winded.
You have to admit that the best showing for Ben in a fight with Hulk (aside from him beating Grey Hulk the first time) was during Tales of the Thing when they stalemated and Ben talked him down.
