actaully mace windu is the grand master of every light saber style meaning he is supose to be the msot skilled light saber fighter all around as well as with every style.
No he is not the most skilled he is not better then Yoda or Anakin in lightsaber duel and where did you get, that he knows every form.
I would say, that Mace and Dooku have the best pure skill, but that doesn't make them the best.
