Honestly, I have no idea if reality warping works on a chaos lord. Shuma predates the elder gods. If MJJ can get his shit to work on Shuma, then he has a shot. I'm withholding judgement on neutral ground. Home turf for Shuma: curbstomp. I'm also fairly sure Shuma is more powerful than the Vishanti.

more powerful then the vishanti is that why he was defeated by one of there artifacts in your own realm you have a better chance of winning maybe then any other place on your own power but you can still lose as shown when shuma was defeated by the eye of agomotto or how mephesto was defeated by galactus in his own realm, the realm is there power but also there weakness, how do you know jaspers just wont absorb the realm or shuma's powers, or do something to the realm so it cant supply shuma with powers.

Do you have any idea how Strange beat Shuma-Gorath? He did it by using Shuma's own power and then becoming the next Shuma-Gorath. Even if you destroy him, you become him. That's the rule on his plane. Strange purged himself of the power, thereby reviving Shuma. So shut up about things you know nothing about.

Does Shuma have large scale RW powers of his own?

Shuma has never shown the power to recreate the 616 Universe or any other Universe for that matter, while Jaspers warped one and recreated another.

On top of this, left unchecked Jaspers would have Remade the Omniverse according to Merlyn the Omniversal Guardian at the time. (who would know better?)

When has Shuma ever taken over even one Eternity?
