The Highest ranking Templars. They hold the most knowledge about the TFT and they are extremely intelligent. They are gifted in all areas. They basically run the show when it comes to the TFT and are one of the only ranks allowed to make rule changes, accept/restrict members and make any changes and do what they please with the TFT.
