Well, not making multiple threads on the same topic might help make the place a 'more smooth (sic) posting experience'. That's not making the forums better.
Attacking and ridiculing people who don't agree isn't helping much either and is in fact going directly against the whole idea.

Why on Earth did you think this would work? First off.
Second, why on Earth did you think it would work by putting it across in the manner it was?
Third, why not just have a forum or thread where there's a zero tolerance policy on any hostility? Why does there need to be a cult?
Fourth, what kind of message are you sending by "Don't ask to join!" and "If you aren't a cult member, don't post here!"?
