He has to move through open territory. Wolve's can dash faster then nthe eye can see, and stealth is his specialty. Pun dies.

Only a material trap. This trap could involve shooting pointlessly trying to hit Wolverine and Cap sneaks up on him, or anything really. Point is, Cap gets time to strategize with Wolverine. Punisher dies.
