Electic judgment is not as strong as bane's lightning storm and by what i saw from Plo Koon (who the hell is Klo Poown?) he is on the level from jedis like kit fisto, adi-mundi or agen kolar...

Plo Clown is the one who freezed the creeks of Grentarik and who judges all mortals for their sins. For many a man has tried to defy his authority and all have failed. Lo and behold! Well, his fighter got shot by the Clones, it hit some building, which exploded and got set on fire, i would say thats convincing enough.
And Bane would destroy him, he is one of the best of all time, Clown is just god in his time.

On a serious note: Why is Plo Koon never in a decent matchup? Plo could take Bane up until he got his confidence back on Korriban and beat Sirak. After that, he only stands a chonce if Bane is nostril high in freezable water. [OMGGaysmilez!!!]😛[/OMGGaysmilez!!!]

In attack of the clowns we see Plo Koon crashing into a building but space anti gravital measures ensured Klo Poons safety. To survive the fall he made a giant slide of ice and glided to a safe rooftop from where he electrocuted all flying clones.

I don't know about that. Sirak alone would almost definitely be able to take Plo Koon, and Bane toyed with him, and decimated him. I'm guessing Bane would have gotten to Plo's level around the time he started privately training with Githany and Kas'im, so quite a while before he defeated Sirak.
