Nah.. Sirak would never be able to beat Plo Koon, Koon spend years in solitude training his powerlevel to a maximum. The swordskills he acquired outmatches all of the jedi and sith of old. He also beats everyone in terms of force mastery because lets not forget how he freezed Hoth and electrocuted millions of insolent races.
Plo Koon learned from all jedi and sith before him and combined it to become a God. Search your feelings, you all know it to be true.
Plo Koon deceived everyone by "presumably" dieing in that crash. What happened is that due to Plo Koon's incredible mastery of the force, he restructured the molecules thereby remaking his body and defying death ultimately. Plo Koon's mastery of the force allowed him to triumph over death.
Afterwards he bided his time. It was not Vader who killed Sidious. It was Plo Koon. It was not Luke and his Jedi that defeated the Vong, it was Plo Koon, who froze many creaks and who's "electric judgement" was enough to bypass Vong force immunity.
Plo Koon's ability to freeze creeks led me to the theory that in Dark Empire, he "froze" Sidious, and then shattered his frozen body using electric judgement. Afterwards, his mastery of the force is demonstrated by how he "froze" Sidious' Sith Spirit (first time that has ever been done) thereby destroying him.
Then Plo Koon travelled across different dimensions, righting wrong, and forged our own world, which we now call Earth.
