😕 Doomsday doesn't need to die to evolve.
No, point being when he is killed he returns stronger and more resistant to what kills him/how he died.
Hulk can potentially become stronger and more tougher without limits....which is why he needs to be axed as early on as possible.

Doomsday has evolved while in battle without dying

Doomsday has evolved to be able to attack a creature made of energy. His potential is far greater than Hulk's.

I was counting his regen as part of his durability.
gotcha. But its actually separate.
Hulk's durability is associated with his mass/density resulting his overall toughness.
Hulk's regen restores lost cell/damaged tissue and has done so at vastly different rates, depending on rage level.

🙄 OK OKHulk amps three of his stats.
Yeah,
they are pretty vital stats though, Thats why I consider Hulk a very tough guy to kill as well......its toughness (usually considered near-invulnerable) stacked with an obsene healing factor based on his current rage level. Thus the earlier you can off Hulk the better for everyone involved.

Yeah, Hulk is almost impossible to put down but DD has too many advantages for Hulk to win and probably enough for him to put Hulk down eventually.
dd never needed the sun as superman did.
and dd doesn't simply 'amp', as hulk does. he evolves. that is he changes to meet the threat he faces so he can find a way to overcome it. there's a BIG difference. dd amps, but also changes, creates methods of attack that will eventually defeat his opponent.
so this wouldn't be a straight stalemate. it would be for a long while, but eventually dd's versatility would alter enough (as he amped) until he found a way to beat hulk.
at least that's the theory. 😉
and if you're talking h/p dd, his strength is already far and away greater than what hulk's would be at the start of the fight and his speed is at ridiculous levels.
be a good fight for a while, but i don't see hulk beating dd.

maybe. I would only hope such a fight would take place on someone else's planet. shockingAlso, question...is DD as dependant on the earth sun as Superman is? Or has he "evolved" beyond the need for the strengths and weaknesses of our sun.
