-Batman had months to prepare in the scenario supes and him might fight. Kryptonite Ring doesn't get acquired in 30 minutes ya know.
-His protocols against superhumans is not out of his hands (OMAC).
-Batman is a genius, but not smart enough to create something from his ass that could take down Benjie in just 30 minutes.
-Batplane, Batmobile and other bat-whatever doesn't pack enough power to knock ben. When has it ever acquired a nuke-amount of firepower anyway and why would batman be having it in the first place. Modifications like that couldn't possibly be done in 30 min either.
Unless he has a motherbox or a boomtube ready, he goes down hard.

With access to JLA base, he certainly could come up with a motherbox or a boom tube.

I highly doubt Freeze's gun will do much to Thing. Thing has excellent track records of resisting powerful elements of both lightning and fire. Probably ice, as well.
And, why doesn't Ben get 30 minutes of prep? All he needs to do is talk to Reed. Reed is about 10,000 times smarter than Bats and has better equipment.
Still, I doubt Batman could assemble his tech properly. Prep is good but he doesn't know what he's facing. So, he won't know exactly what to get.
