And, why doesn't Ben get 30 minutes of prep? All he needs to do is talk to Reed. Reed is about 10,000 times smarter than Bats and has better equipment.

Still, I doubt Batman could assemble his tech properly. Prep is good but he doesn't know what he's facing. So, he won't know exactly what to get.
