Sorry to say, that is beyond old. First video released after the old pre-viz video.
Also, no reason watching that vid in youtube quality when you can see it at the official site: http://www.lucasarts.com/games/theforceunleashed/

Meh. Still very unimpressed by it.I mean, the physics look cool and all, and yay, Shaak Ti! But the game itself...meh.
This is actually one of the few things on the horizon that I am actually psyched about. I was "meh" till just a few weeks ago, but watching the vid docs on XBL really changed my mind.

What about the game is giving you the "meh" vibe?
Same thing I've been saying has been giving me "meh" vibes for ages - I really dislike just how stupidly overpowered everything is. The Force is not supposed to make one appear god-like in power ermm

The videos I've been seeing have just been sinking my opinion more and more, honestly. I mean, I'll probably still get it, in a hope that there's actually more than one decent SW game (Lego Star Wars) that's been made recently, but I'm not keeping my hopes up.
Ah, right, forgot. I can see where you're coming from though... it's the focus of the game, being overpowered, at least how it's been advertised. I kinda like that, and hope it lives up to my expectations. Who knows, maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised and I'll be let down 😛
Got a few more months to wait and find out, regardless.
And on the topic of Lego SW - they were brilliant, haha. It'd be sad if those really were the only good Star Wars games that they could produce this generation. (Lego Indiana Jones was fun, too. 🙂)

See, I'm sure the game is going to be fun. At least for a while. Being able to go around and destroy everything in your path always is. But it also gets boring pretty quickly, and that's where my worry is in this ridiculous overpowering of everything. Well, that and the fact that it's just blatant EU comic-style overpowering.
However, so long as Force Destroy Droid doesn't make a comeback...
Lego Star Wars is awesome, and I haven't picked up Lego Indiana Jones yet though I've been meaning to (though I can't play it anyway, as one of my siblings misplaced the power cable for my 360 while rearranging everything...).

I can relate with your reasoning, sorta... with Assassin's Creed, it was fun to be all stealthy and kill people/assassinate and all that, but it too got repetitive as all hell. I'll be very disappointed if TFU is like that. I have (unsupported) hope that they know not to go that route... but I could be wrong.
LIJ was really fun too, but it was pretty short, and a couple of places were unnecessarily complicated, at least I thought so. But I might've been thinking too hard for a few puzzles, it's a Lego game after all, haha.
The Duel is Wii only, but there is a Multiplayer for the rest too:
Multi-player ComponentBlackman: “We will have a multi-player component to the game. The game is all about kicking butt with the Force, and from Day 1 we knew that one of the most satisfying things to do is kick your friend’s butt with the Force so we wanted to make sure we delivered on that experience in multi-player. There will be an online component as well and it will support all the requirements of a system like Xbox LIVE.”
