To be honest, I've seen Batman pull out more impressive feats of skill than Cap, and Shiva's had even more impressive feats. However, Cap has the SSS and Batman's way larger than Shiva. The real question in this match is whether or not Cap's superior physical stats are enough to take care of Shiva's skill. BTW, if anyone mentions Cap's skill, remember that Iron Fist called Cap's technique basic.

And Cap said that while Iron Fist's skill was good, it was no where NEAR good ENOUGH.
Your point? Just because a technique is basic doesn't make it ineffective, or worse than 'advanced' technique. Cap knows exactly what he's doing, and in a hand to hand fight, will take Shiva or Batman for the majority.
If you bring gadgets into it, Batman'd take cap, but Shiva doesn't even have that luxury. She just plain loses here. 😬.

I personally say Shiva is like Electra, if someone believes Electra can beat Cap, it's not far fetched to think they would also think Shiva could.
I just think using Batman as a benchmark for much of any of this is wrong, as he'd take just about every character mentioned in this thread. Especially with use of tactics, environment and gadgets.

This is correct and it shouldnt be that hard for people to understand it. I laugh at the posts that say Cap didnt have time to train and so forth. Why bother trying to figure out how long Captain America trained when its mentioned in practically every Marvel book that Cap is the best H2H combatant in that universe?
I dont think that anybody is trying to say that Captain America knows Martial Arts as well as Shiva, but when its combined with boxing, grappling, and all other forms of fighting styles from a bigger, stronger, and arguably faster person, well,,,,,,,,,,you get the point.

Im not a Cap fanboy. I accepted it because physics in comics are different, after reading the scans I retracted it as a feat because when you read it in further detail its not that impressive.

You want me to prove why Bruce Lee could own Ali in a fight? Is this a seorus guestion? Ali is a boxer you know how bad that is when vsing some one who knows and master un known amount of styles.
Bruce Lee was mostly known for making up his own martial art, big deal.
