They turn on him and join Stryfe, don't they? >.> ;_;

Yup.

In my opinion they're definitely one of the weakest henchmen Apocalypse has ever had. Wolverine with no adamantium single handedly defeated most of them. What was Apocalypse thinking xD

P.S Heard some rumours that Apocalypse mind blasted Xavier, this true?

Oh snap.

If Apocalypse was written properly, he'd be mid herald at least.

Also here a weakened Apocalypse punks Jean Grey psionically. In her own words, she was throwing everything at him.

"Adventures of Jean Grey and Scott Summers" or something?

The Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix.

Hmm. Yeah. That sounds about right...

p.s. Here's a couple pretty cool musics video I found of Apocalypse from X-Men TAS. Enjoy. 😆

p.s. I've always wondered something...

What exactly are those... things (some might call them cords) that connect from Apocalypse's back area to his arms? (they only show up when wearing his Celestial armor by the way) And what do they do exactly?

I couldn't help but wonder why those were there for some reason >.>, and I doubt they're there just to look pretty... I reckon it might be painful if someone pulled on them though. 😘

Seriously. What are they? >.> And what are they supposed to do for him that he wouldn't be able to do without the Celestial tech?

If you're not sure what I'm talking about, I'll point it out with a couple little red circles. 😛

Would like to hear someone's input on this, so yeah... What are those? I'm just curious, is all.

Maybe part of his armor that feeds him extra power

Restrain the Hulk? 😛

Hmm. That's kinda what I was guessing. >.> Just wanted to be sure though...

Ah. I forgot about that part. Thanks for pointing it out. 🙂

If those cords (or whatever you call them) are naturally part of his body (in a way) like the Celestial tech is though, wouldn't Hulk biting on one of those kind of... hurt him? >.>

That's kind of what I reckoned at first, but since he was actually able to restrain the Hulk with those, I guess those cords (or whatever) getting bitten and/or pulled doesn't hurt Apocalypse after all 🙂, which makes him all the more cooler. 😎

Hmm. Here's something weird (but interesting) I noticed. >.>

In the non-canon series X-Men Evolution, after Apocalypse acquires his Celestial tech (through different means than how he got it in the comic series, which of course, is partly why this series is non-canon), rather than that giant letter "A" appearing on the chest/middle part of his armor, that spider-like thing (which was said to be the engraved sign of Apocalypse in Evolution) appears on it instead, as shown here.

Cool huh? 😛 And for those who didn't notice when watching the series, that's the same symbol that shows up on the walls of the Sphinx from Ancient Egypt (that Beast was translating), as shown here.

It's also the same sign/symbol that Mystique had to touch (that's her hand in the picture below) in order to release Apocalypse from his tomb/prison (beyond the 3rd door that he was locked behind in the series) according to Mesmero, but for some reason, doing so turned her to stone in the process, which she (along with Magneto, Xavier, and Storm) became one of his Horsemen later on.

Regardless of that whole cartoon series being non-canon to the comics, why do you think Apocalypse has that spider-like thing on the middle part of his armor, rather than that "A" symbol his Celestial armor would normally have?

p.s. Don't mind me. 😛 Just trying to think of something... different to discuss about Apocalypse (even if it is about a version of him from a completely non-canon series) in order to keep this great thread alive and kicking...

Meh. I was bored earlier, so I decided to make a few animations that came from episode videos of both X-Men animated series with Apocalypse in it. This is the first time I've used an AVI-to-GIF converter though, so I guess it's only natural that the quality of the images wouldn't be that good this time around...

Apocalypse using telekinesis to deflect/reflect this giant satellite that Magneto had attempted to magnetically throw at him...

Look! Apocalypse made Magneto disappear. 😱

Apocalypse make X-Men go bye-bye...

Apocalypse using his power of molecular control (within his body) to turn his arm into a plasma cannon of some sort. Take that Sentinels!...

Apocalypse owning Magneto (again 😛)...

And... I guess that's all folks.

Funny X-Men parody with Apocalypse in it.

Well, yeah. 'tis basically what I meant. I kind of figured everyone would catch onto that. 😛

Well, yeah. In that series, Apocalypse made him his herald, along with Mystique, Storm, and Xavier. I didn't bother to mention it in my last 2 posts though since it was already stated in one of my previous posts before that. 😛 Anyhow...
