oops!

@ Blight.

How many times are you going to post this pic ?

Twice? 😕

If we're going to bump the Batman thread...

wolverine hasn't even thrown 500,000 punches in his entire lifetime

you peeps are under estimating the number 8 million. No way he kills them all before getting tired. They can't kill him, but by the time he gets to 500k or so, he'll drop from exhaustion and they'll maul him down to his skeleton.

I've never seen evidence that bears can't break adamantium.

Have you ever seen evidence that bears CAN break adamantium ?

He has been lucky enough not to encounter bears.

lol wolverine loses. he might win by simply outliving them all as a ragdoll and regenrating afterwards. does that count?

Someone needs to take a look at his respect thread 😛

Bears-shmears - Someone tell Steven Colbert, that Wolverine is the number one threat to America now. 😄

Classic X-Men 25 (Backup Story):

Some hunter is tracking Wolverine across the tundra (he thinks Wolverine is a mythical creature like Big Foot). While Wolverine is distracted a bear attacks him, but he puts it down easily. Wolverine goes straight for the throat.

I didn't want to separate this from the rest of the scans. The hunter shoots an arrow at Wolverine, who casually catches it out of the air and throws it back at the hunter (who is far enough away that he can't tell Wolverine is a man).

Weapon X TPB (Marvel Comics Presents v1 72-84):

The Weapon X Program wants to see how Wolverine fairs against a massive bear. He kills it before Hines can say "Four Minutes and twenty one seconds," too fast for the bear to even react.

Wolverine Firebreak 2008:

A blind Wolverine- who is on fire - fights a bear... a bear that's also on fire! How awesome is that? Despite being blind Wolverine pretty much oneshots it.

Wolverine v1 01:

Wolverine three shots a massive bear - each strike a kill shot. First he takes the bears arm off, fallows up with an evisceration than plunges his claws into the bears throat to finish him off. Logan attacks "too hard and fast" for the bear to react. Wolverine doesn't even get hit.

Wolverine v2 110:

Bone claw Wolverine ko's a gaint demon possessed grizzly with his bear hands, no claws needed.

someone needs to do some math and realize how large a number 8 MILLION is.

Those are canadian bears.

Weak and emasculated, like the human inhabitants.

After reading this thread I think PETA needs to get involved here. What this man is doing to bears is not right.

The Firebreak bear was from America. The page just before the ones posted, a woman says that they need to call the "Ranger Station," not the "Mountie Station." So you're still wrong.

God, are you such a fanboy you can't take a joke?

I was kidding too. I guess the smilie and pretending that someone saying "Rangers" instead of "Mounties" count as evidence weren't good enough clues, huh? My bad, next time I'll remember that you're the only one that gets to have a sense of humor.

You have a Wolverine set, and you defend Wolverine jokes with scans, excuse me for not realizing you were joking...

Just cause I'm a Wolverine fan, doesn't mean I take everything said about him seriously! Especially not a claim that bears can break Adamantium! And yeah, those scans were taken directly from the respect thread, and took all of 3 seconds to post. If it had taken longer, I wouldn't have bothered. Anyways, it's not worth anymore posts talking about, so I'm sorry if you took me seriously, that really wasn't my intent. Carry on in this epic joke thread.
